WVFD Training – always ongoing. Last evening they started RIT (Rapid Intervention Team) refresher training. Should a fire scene ever go sideway and we need to remove a trapped firefighter – this team stands in the wings and is prepared to go to action. WVFD knows how important this TEAM is to every fire scene. They had classroom training last night and will do the practical refresher at the end of the month.
