Woodbury Firefighters Take Break to Place Luminaria Candles

WOODBURY Dec 25th, 2024– Woodbury Volunteer Firefighters assemble on department headquarter steps after placing lighted candles on nearby streets as part of the town’s Luminaria display on Christmas Eve. Firefighters were taking a break to assist in community service after a weekend that included responses to a barn fire, a residential chimney fire, a motor vehicle accident, and a propane leak. In all, Woodbury firefighters answered more than 400 calls from January 1st to Christmas 2024.
