At far right is a state instructor. The Woodbury Department recently received thirty new SCBAs at a cost of nearly $300,000 to replace outdated, 30-year-old equipment. The surplus gear was deemed obsolete by US fire safety standards and donated to Ukraine fire departments where it will finish its service life.
